Rocambole

Available in packs 250g and 1kg. This was a difficult garlic year for many growers, my garlic isn’t as big as it usually is, my bulbs usually weigh in at 90g each but this year the biggest were 60g. So I’m selling by the kilo instead of 2 and 10 packs.

This is my absolute favourite garlic variety, and is considered the holy grail of garlic due to their complex nutty flavours. These store for around 6-8 months and grow a garlic scape which can be eaten or left on to grow bulbils. I plant in April and harvest early November.
